Satori is a luxurious gullet inspired by 1920s understated elegance and built to bespoke specifications by Claus and Jeanette Thottrup, the owners of five-star hotel Borgo Santo Pietro in Tuscany. She is available for charter in the Italy, France, Greece and Croatia.

Bringing the hotel brand’s commitment to Michelin-starred farm-to-table dining to the Mediterranean seas, Satori promises a gourmet dining and sailing experience, with a galley managed by the hotel’s restaurant kitchen, including an air-conditioned 250-bottle wine cellar.

The yacht is equipped with all manner of toys, such as Gocycle electric bikes, water skis, a wakeboard, an Optimist Sailor, a Ringo, jet skis, sea bobs, kayaks and snorkelling equipment.

One of the cabins may be converted into a dedicated spa treatment room on request, complete with a steam bath.

Inside Satori, a 35sqm lounge proves the perfect spot to recline with panoramic ocean views. Mid-deck, there’s a professional open-view kitchen, as well as an elegant mahogany bar and dining setting, allowing guests to actively observe the chef’s culinary mastery. A second coffee bar and lounge area on the aft deck with a covered daybed serves as a cosy spot for relaxing, while the top deck offers ample room for private sunbathing. On the front deck, guests can enjoy a state-of-the-art fold-away cinema screen complete with a large sunbed. On the upper deck, a line of sunbeds as well as nostalgic deck chairs situated mid-ship, which proves ideal for soaking up the Mediterranean sun and catching the salt spray while Satori ploughs through the waves.

With details such as hand-carved mahogany and walnut features, first-class modern rigging, large windows emphasizing natural light and a telescopic swim ladder that dips straight into turquoise waters, Satori’s immaculate design treats guests to the ultimate combination of luxury and nature.
