Ultimate Yachts

Lamima

Details

65m / 7 cabins / 14 guests / 20 crew

Claiming the title for the largest wooden sailing yacht in Asia, Lamima is the epitome of modern luxury, with abundant space across her beautiful decks.

Envisioned by celebrated designer Marcelo Penna of Barcelona, Lamima combines ancient phinisi elegance with modern specs for the ultimate classic superyacht experience.

With a dedicated crew of 20 onboard offering authentic Indonesian hospitality and special spa quarters, guests can soak up Indonesia’s jewel box of islands onboard one of Asia’s most superbly designed exclusive yachts.

Onboard Experience

The stunning interiors of Lamima combine an understated Asian influence with contemporary style. An opulent master cabin and six further air-conditioned suites (four double cabins and two twin cabins) are spacious and intertwine modern with the essence of Indonesian heritage. Each one features comfortable lounge areas, ample storage and leads to an en-suite bathroom.

Subtle ambient lighting and portholes feature throughout, while tech includes wifi is in every cabin, an HD TV and iPod docking stations, with a broad selection of DVDs for guests to enjoy.

Lamima’s saloon is a tranquil space, located on the main deck and fitted with a lounge, bar and inside dining alcove seating up to 14 guests. Outside, a sprawling lounge area serves as the central communal space, shaded by a fabric bimini with space for alfresco dining. In terms of dining, Indonesian gourmet chefs craft an array of delectable dishes using locally sourced produce.

The upper deck situated before the pilot house is kitted out with sun loungers with panoramic views of the surrounds, while guests can seek solitude on the main deck beside the bowsprit.

The stern of the main deck is a designated relaxation quarter, in which a qualified pijit masseuse administers treatments and holds yoga sessions.

What We Love

Lamima’s interior design aligns perfectly with a contemporary superyacht one might find in Europe, and her modern, light feel is slick and striking.

Lamima’s ample relaxation quarters and wellness facilities make her ideal for blending high-octane adventures with dedicated down-time.

Testimonials

“The crew was outstanding - so we felt a little emotional saying goodbye. My daughter’s boyfriend proposed during the cruise, and they had a special engagement party for them, complete with costumed Balinese dancing and music. The last night we had a barbecue on the beach, and some of the staff entertained us with guitars and singing, the “Lamima band”. This vacation is all we hoped it would be.”
“5 stars, A++. The crew is second to none. Very thoughtful, responsive, professional, fun, and always going above and beyond to please. Just trust the experts and enjoy the ride - Raja Ampat is a big area and I really get the sense from speaking with other travelers that we got to all the best spots. The boat is truly a work of art and a joy to be on. This was even better than we imagined and while it was supposed to be a once in a lifetime trip, we are seriously considering coming back to see another region.”
